How to request a refund
For duplicate charges, missing top-ups, or other payment issues, select Refund request in support and provide your order number.
Review process
Refund requests require verification of the order, payment status, and usage. Eligibility is governed by the operating policy and applicable law. The local preview does not automatically approve refunds.
